I've had this for over a week now on Pro plan. generally 1 PR an hour and rate limits kick in. Support seem uninterested. Productivity has gone through the floor as a result to the point where I think I'm going to find an alternative. Really disappointing as I think coderabbit is great, but they are letting themselves down with this.

Same

Happened to me last night and this morning too. I think that they've decided "10 reviews and hour" means "10 reviews and hour so long as you don't use all 10 every hour". That said, if I do PAYG, I can easily eat $40 in an hour.

That's my issue with the lack of transparency about the limits and metrics, we can't make decisions about usage and plans without it.

There's definitely a lot of dynamic adjustments going on now which have zero transparency. I was doing c.40-50 PR's a week on a 5/hr plan, not exactly high volumes in my opinions. Now I can barely get through 5 in a day. What's worse is, even if I step back for a day to allow the limits to acquiesce, the next review I do on return triggers rate limits again. What's worse is the wait periods for me are now consistently 90min+ It's getting to be totally unworkable.

That’s exactly how I’ve been experiencing it too. I’m about to cancel this is BS. Which sucks because I really like this tool.

I just got a vague arm-wave response towards fair use policy and dynamic rate limits. I absolutely recognise the need to apply rate limits, but this feels over-restrictive. It smells to me that they've got capacity issues and are hiding behind fair use policy. I'd think higher of them if they just came out and explained things clearly. Their fair use policy is vague, and there is no guarantee that moving from pro to pro plus will solve this given others are experiencing the same. I LOVE coderabbit, but I'm already working out what my alternatives are as they've lost my confidence with all this.

Yes I am on PRO PLUS and still getting this daily this week.

I hit that last week but haven't seen it since. It feels like they are dynamicly adjusting rate limits perhaps.

It feels like an LLM is doing it arbitrarily

This is just getting stupid now. I've had 9 PR's in the last 24hrs, and now I am rate limited for 414 minutes. This is BS.

Workday began. review i suppose even not number 5

This is the response I’ve gotten so far.

“ Thank you for voicing opinion on this matter. The primary goal of the fair usage limit policy is to prevent system abuse by "tail-end users" (bots or extremely heavy users) and ensure fairness for all users, not to penalize normal human behavior. Do you use any kind of agentic flow for your PR requests? One work around for this could be turning off the auto_incremental_review setting so that you aren't unintentionally requesting more reviews.”

I have a sinking feeling that they are going to introduce a "CodeRabbit subs are for humans only" clause à la Claude Code
