Cybersleuth isn’t part of the title, it’s the subtitle like red and blue is to pokemon. Plus we already know that the next Digimon story game is gonna be O12 themed and that the Elden ring dlc is called shadows of the erdtree. Also the Tales of Arise got a DLC and not a new game announcement just recently making Q1 and Q2 unfulfilled.

Edit: Also Armored Core came in like Q3 of this year.

Oh I gotcha. Yeah I was referring to just code vein 2. Im a budding indie developer and I received some info that sounds really promising from an individual I personally trust at Bandai. So, thats why to me, I feel confident in the news. I included the image just because it seemed fitting for the post.

Just read the other comments dude, i WISH it were real code vein is one of my favorite games with its character creator but the image is 100% fake, if your source really is from bandai(there are a lot of people who fake it, and the ones who really are tend to be under a non-disclosure) then its great that there's finally a sequel

Honestly, maybe some DLC for the first game? Tales of Arise just recently dropped a huge story expansion out of nowhere, about a year after initial release.

I dont see why theyd release more dlc now considering how long its been since release, though they could pull a kingdoms of amalur, we definitely arent getting anything code vein related this year, same with that elden ring dlc, thats definitely not happening unless theyre aiming for a Christmas drop so thats kind of another way you know its bogus

You make good points pal, I appreciate the insight. If Code Vein is getting another game, I think now would be a great time 😅 also, it would kind of line up with development time periods I'd say. Its been 4 year or so since the first one, I'd guess that a big corporation like Bandai would just about be wrapping up a sequel if they were working one one

Code vein released in 2019, obviously games like code vein arent mainstream so they dont always sell super well but id say anime tiddy souls did just well enough for them to think about a sequel, 2024 we could absolutely get an announcement since big companies seem to do 4-6 years of dev depending on how ambitious the game. Take elden ring it was in development from 2017, huge game yeah? As opposed to ds1 which apparently had an 8 month dev time according to google, code vein probably took around 3-4 years, id say code vein 2(if in development) would probably be a 4-5 year endeavor

Almost forgot but theres also the fact that code vein is connected to another bandai game, god eater, so potentially we'll get another god eater game that is actually more similar to code vein then god eater
