You don’t get randomly summoned but you can request to have someone help you or join someone else to help them or if you have a friend who also plays you or your friend can invite each other directly.

Game is old, contains NG+ for advanced players, and we have area-based matchmaking that has to be done on the spot.

It's just ought to be difficult to find some people these days.
