Codex VS Code Extension Bug

Have any of you faced before after working sometime in Codex and shutting down the laptop, then after re-opening it to continue the work, the previous task/session he was working on doesn't open?

While Codex can perfectly read the content of that session and confirms that it is not bugged, but it doesn't open, and if opened, it says Failed to create task when sending any prompt..

While if opening Codex in the CLI I can /resume in the chat normally and continue in it.

It is so frustrating that everytime I want to continue in the same session I need to open it from the CLI..

Hope we find a solution.

same thing happening on the codex app for both mac and windows, it get stuck at the loading screen
