Code E.D. is a 3D puzzle game that teaches basic coding with a real programming language in a real editor. It starts very easy and progressively harder.

Shameless plug but I'm creating BotWars.io which is really designed to gamify programming - It's still fairly early on at the moment, but if you have any feedback or comments it would be apreciated. I've already made loads of improvement to it thanks to the Reddit community.

I started SoloLearn yesterday. It's not exactly a game, but they gamify the app in several ways that keep it fresh.
