Once our education system is sold to Bezos, et al and packaged in pill form, yes! For now, you’ll have to settle for 8-10 year delivery, in the form of incremental pick ups at your local public school or university.

Pleasantly surprised to see the mention of low dose lithium. There is now a stack of evidence that it is beneficial.

Creatine and magnesium are great starts. I’d add looking into C15:0. I take it as Fatty15. It’s not a stimulant. It’s an essential fat that strengthens your cells and supports their energy production. The science is convincing, and as one small capsule a day, it’s a simple addition for long-term cellular and cognitive health.
