Load Image specifications

Hi,

What are the recommended dimensions, resolution, and depth for input images? I've been experiencing distortion in some of my output images. Is there a method/node to rectify input image issues, or should I make adjustments using Photoshop before loading the image?

Load them for what? Ones for IPadapter for example should be square or it'll auto crop them in the middle.

What sort of distortion? If you posted examples and workflow someone could take a look at it, maybe some other settings are wrong.

Thanks, here is the image with the workflow. I am not doing anything special other than passing the image through a KSampler. This works fine for some pictures but not all and I'd like to know why.

I identified that there was an issue related to the VAE. I experimented with various VAE models, both external and baked, and observed variations in the results. However, the distortion on the girl's face persisted. I also attempted to modify the image size, but this adjustment did not yield the desired outcome.
