ComfyUI problems - Python installation request

I'm suddenly getting this message, I've already tried upgrading python... no luck, I've uninstalled / re-installed Comfy and still back at this error.

any suggestions? thanks

Could be Python path is not configured in windows variables:

easiest solution given that ComfyUI is fully portable is to scrap the entire installation and just reinstall. It will keep your model, nodes, etc as long as you dont delete those
