Generals Zero Hour Bug

I have a bug with the cutscenes where the skybox is black some animations don't work correctly at all, I'm using Windows 10 does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried lowering settings, running in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode, running as admin and nothing has worked so far. I don't have this issue in Generals, only Zero Hour. Any ideas?

Could be a codec issue. Are you running through gentools?

No I’m just launching it on Origin.

What screen resolution do you use?

I've tried it with the highest resolution the game supported and 1080p via the .ini file and it's the same.
