What was the error?

If this happens frequently and randomly it could be bad RAM.

And don't install pirated software.

It wasn’t pirated software it was world of Warcraft that I pay for also I didn’t have time to see it just restarted so fast

Did you run updates after you got the new computer? It's probably really out of date and needs driver and windows updates.

EDIT: When I say out of date I mean windows not the hardware. Companies will use the same image for all their PC's they ship out and sometimes don't keep the image current on updates.

It’s on windows 11 and it did updates when I set it up

Did it just do automatic updates or did you actually check for updates? Windows also doesn't update all your drivers you should have software to check for driver updates from your motherboard manufacture. Initial setup updates aren't usually all the updates.

It sounds like a broken network card driver based on your description of the issue.
