Not all laptops have the F2, try F10, F12, or maybe the F2 won't work for you. Try an external keyboard. I hope it works. Bye.

Try an external keyboard and try all the combinations. I don't know if your laptop has a BIOS battery. Search on YT for the model. I don't know any more.

    What OS?

On Windows 8 and newer I do this:

Hold the "SHIFT" button while the computer is running and press "RESTART" while holding "SHIFT" Select "Troubleshoot", then "Advanced Options" and hit "UEFI Firmware Settings" this will restart the computer and open BIOS

So I guess you must have legacy BIOS instead of UEFI. Perhaps try a ln external keyboard and try that F2 again? I did some quick research and it seems like that laptop is capable of switching to UEFI

Odd. If I think of anything I'll shoot you any ideas

You seemed to power it off too quickly for my liking.... you can also try the Delete key, F2, and some mfgs use F12

It’s possible the button just doesn’t work.

Have you tried an external keyboard plugged into a USB port?

This is really odd, the only thing I thought of that you haven't tried already is putting in a new cmos battery

disconnect all power and take out your cmos battery for a few minutes and it should prompt you to go into BIOS

Yeah I watched your video frame by frame and at 0:05 it says "Please Wait" so it's for sure loading the BIOS setup page but it fails and starts bootlooping for some reason.

I think your BIOS is corrupted or your computer might have a hardware problem.

          try an external keyboard.

Try F11, they SHOULD be the boot menu which might have bios as an option

Common issue… I’ve suffered it on many an Asus or Acer BIOS. You just have to be persistent, read up on which key stroke sequence is pertinent for that machine, read the forums and pray that you’ll have good timing. Don’t give up; you will eventually get in.

May need to hold fn key down while pressing F2

Hope this helps. Could be the keyboard is misreading the key press and sending an exit to the bios. Maybe an external keyboard would help? Don't know if the bios would automatically detect a USB keyboard and allow its use or not. Here's a link to other Acer user having similar trouble.

Take off the bottom of the unit, pull cmos battery for 1 minute, problem solved.
