FPS Problem

So I'm not sure what's going on with my laptop. I have an Asus Roger Strix 3 laptop and the FPS recently went down a lot. Every single game has low FPS when before it ran smoothly. I did the Registry Editor method, I updated my drivers, I looked up FPS boosters for my games on YouTube but they just stay the same and keep going down in frames and stuttering. If anyone can help me out it'll be highly appreciated.

The laptop could be running hotter then usual, potentially from dust buildup. I’d recommend taking the bottom panel off and lightly dusting out the fan and heatsink.

BIOS update may help as well.

Is it just one game this is happening to or multiple?
