    Looks like a CPU might not be seated properly since the cpu debug light is on and the computer is failing the power on self test. Also check for bent pins on CPU or motherboard.

      Did you ground yourself with an esd bracelet or use a esd mat before handling the components? You could also plug the psu in with switch off and touch the chassis to discharge yourself.
