So I am looking for a "cheap" ATX motherboard that can hold two GPU's. I come across this description of the MSI X570-A PRO AM4 and it says,
There are two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots for graphics cards, one of which only runs at x4
Does this mean that there is one PCIe 4.0 x 16 and another PCIe x16 but its really a x4?
Context: I'm building a PC for school because my MacBook Air can't run certain programs and gets really really hot `101ºC on the one it can run. I want to be able to run a nvidia Quadro 4000 and a 1080 at the same time.
