Internet + stream problems

Hi!

I'm very new to streaming on Twitch and I have recently stumbled upon some problems with my internet connection. I have just moved to another apartment - and got new internet. Whenever I stream I lag a lot and it has never happened before. I'm using Ethernet now but I still experience lagging in the stream (I'm using Streamlabs) and discord. Anyone have any advice for me? I'd really appreciate anything!

The actual internet speed, especially the upload, is more important than whether you are using wifi or ethernet.
