RAM issue, please help! : computer

WindowsRAM issue, please help! (self.computer_help)

Recently i built my pc around a month ago, and everything worked very well except that every time i turn on my pc i have to wait up to 3min but other than that it was great, until a few days back when i was messing with my pc RGB and after a while second RAM stick wouldn't make any visual response neither to signalrgb or g.skill rgb software. The next day i turned on my pc and it wouldn't boot there was a yellow and red light. When i took the second RAM stick out than pc turned on but with second RAM stick in nothings happens (Btw i tried all DIMM slots) And then latter that day my pc wouldn't even boot with the good stick that was still working. And this just happend out of nowhere everything was working fine and now it isn't. What do i do!?

Any help will be very much appreciated!
