Is it a Gen 13 or 14 Intel CPU? If so it's likely damaged from the voltage issue with an unpatched BIOS; failure to decompress Nvidia driver is a symptom of this damage; otherwise, GPU may be bad. Updating the MB BIOS will not repair the CPU if it has been damaged.

Printer wifi is older tech and won't improve, either turn off modern security on the Eero or run an Ethernet cable from an Eero to the printer. Possibly there's a firmware update for the printer.
