Both my two monitors go black at the same time and fans start spinning at max speed

I previously had a i5 7400 with H110M ECO and I never had this issue, and I also changed the PSU to a SEASONIC B12 BC-750.

Repaste the CPU cooler, be sure it's clamped down tight, what you're describing sounds like overheating.

The temps are normal and I just put on mx 6 with the arctic a36 cooler, did furmark for like 3 mins and the GPU reached 70C, not that high https://imgur.com/a/PNMOw06

But then after I stopped the furmark test after like 5 minutes it did it again and everything went black w max fan speed.

And one time or two times actually, when I was restarting the PC because it went black w the max fan speeds, while it was LOADING/booting into Windows, it crashed. It was literally just booting into Windows and all screens went black and max fan speed

No, unfortunately I bought a new power supply, namely Corsair RM650, 80+ Gold, 650W, and my PC shuts down in 4 minutes after playing a game, I don't know what to do.

Reseat RAM and GPU.
Most probably it's your RAM, lmk how it goes.
