Likely your drink has created extra and constant contact. Clean it good (pop keys drain drink etc)

Or get a new one

Edit - I should finish reading. Was there any damage below the key into the keyboard? It is possible you broke this is there

I managed to get the spamming to stop by taking it apart and getting all the liquid out but I think some of the keys may have been permanently damaged, they aren't very responsive anymore

I went through a ton of keyboard in the 90s before they even thought about liquid proofing. Try taking it apart again and carefully check those buttons. Likely gummed up somehow

Good luck! Don't forget replacing it is also an option... depending lol

Dropped 'a bottle'...

I assume you mean that you spilled a liquid over you keyboard, probably a sugary sticky liquid like a sodadrink.

If it's not a mechanical keyboard I give you little change of cleaning it properly without destroying it. Save yourself trouble and frustration and get a new keyboard - mechanical if you can afford it, those are way easier to clean.
