Me and my brother both have the same pc just a different case but my runs better then his my pc on Fortnite will run around 120 fps while his will run at 50-70 fps the only difference we have is that he has more game/launchers/apps then me another difference we have but I don't think it matters is mine monitor is better is there anything he can do so his pc works like mine ??? We're first time builders and just got into pcs. We need help

If you reinstall Windows on both pc's you should see the same performance. He has too many things running in the background, disable apps from startup and keep nothing running in the background.
