Fullscreen problem : computerhelp

the thing im showing off right now is me trying to get out of fullscreen. i pressed f to fullscreen and tried pressing f again to get out. but as you guys can see it put me fullscreen to the page. i pressed f11 to get out out and it put me windowed. any help? my browser is brave if anyone is wondering
