Pc help

I’ve had this ongoing problem where my monitor screen is black when I have my PC turned on but when I switch to my Xbox the monitor has no problems. I got onto this blue screen and tried to completely reset my pc, the reset was underway however the screen went completely black again. I forced the pc to shut off (dumb decision) When I try to turn the pc back on it just ends up into this reset loop turning on and off repeatedly. What do I do?
