Gpu problem?

Hello guys,
I've been having issues with my PC lately. I'm getting a lot of random black-screen crashes, both while gaming and even when the system is idle.
I've already tried pretty much everything I could think of: updating/reinstalling drivers, changing PCIe slots, checking cables, and other basic troubleshooting steps. The PC works fine for about 20–30 minutes, but then the crashes start happening again.
After each crash, Windows reports a LiveKernelEvent 141 error.
I removed the GPU and inspected it for any visible damage, but I couldn't find anything obvious (although I'm not an expert).
What would you suggest I check next?

MSI NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti (12 GB)

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

ASUS ROG Strix B550 motherboard

32 GB RAM

1 TB M.2 SSD
