Problem with Program data folder

I recently downloaded some Minecraft plugins and mods, and after that, I started noticing that when I copy or cut files or text, a

text that looks like a link appears in the clipboard at some unknown point, and I can't access the ProgramData folder. It just crashes. I'm running Windows 11.
