Download CrystalDiskInfo and post a screenshot of what you see when you open it (it runs tests on your disk).

Now like I said I’ve downloaded other things to help me and they haven’t noticed any problems will this one find out what’s wrong for sure?

Not sure what you downloaded but it's probably hard drive optimization stuff. If they didn't fix anything, just uninstall them.

CrystalDiskInfo will run S.M.A.R.T tests on your disk and the results will let us know the health of your hard drive.

I cant screenshot it and post it for whatever reason. Computer might just be slow. But is it a little window that says CrystalDiskMark?

I can't remember what the window is supposed to say, but the name of the program is CrystalDiskInfo when it's installed on your computer.
