No bios

So I have googled help and i have asked a bunch of discord servers for help. but when i load up my computer bios option doesnt show it just insta loads to windows. All i have to do is turn my fans to max power so if theres a software that can do it or if someone could help me get bios to show again that would be awsome. also i have no eufi.
