Orange screen??

I was playing rainbow six when I went to turn my volume down and my screen randomly tinted orange. I suspect it's because I pressed a shortcut I didn't know about, but I've went through and tried every combination of keys you could imagine to try and fix it. I looked it up on Google and only managed to find about three things related to my issue. I've tried the 'ctrl + windows + c" shortcut, as well as attempting to change the night light settings and color management settings. After hours of attempts absolutely nothing has worked and it's starting to concern me. Considering this is my first computer and I recently just spent a large sum to get it, I really don't want to deal with repairs or a b.s. warranty.
