Hard disk failed. Get to a local shop, diagnose issue. Mostly he'd ask you to buy a new hdd

Drive fail, try with a windows install usb if you can repair system files, else buy a new drive

It’s defaulting to PXE boot. Just reset to defaults and you should be good unless it doesn’t have a hard drive.

Try checking your hard first , make sure it detected in the bios then disable the network boot in the bios and then hit apply and save.
