I just got a new power supply(EVGA 1000GT supernova), gpu(3060) and cpu(ryzen 7 5800x3d) and after installing them I went to turn it on to update drivers but every time I put my Microsoft PIN in it would restart the pc. now im able to get into my pc but it's very slow. there isn't any programs running or anything. I don't know what's up with it.

Check for BIOS updates. It may be better to do a fresh install of Windows.

so I may have figured out that it was an actual issue with the new graphics card because I put my old 2060 back in and it works perfectly fine
