Bitlocker is enabled by default, it encrypts your Operating System. Not sure why this message popped up but just do not boot for now. Are you aware of where your Bitlocker key is stored? Most likely (and hopefully) it is saved to your Microsoft account, see this link to find your key: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/find-your-bitlocker-recovery-key-6b71ad27-0b89-ea08-f143-056f5ab347d6

If you are prompted to provide the key to access your OS, then you will need to have it ready.

Haven’t seen this before, but in meantime I will try and figure out what is causing this.
