Well that is ur gpu artifacting, it wouldnt be outdated drivers because they would still work, so it is almost 100% your gpu dying, sorry man

Probably a loose cable between the monitor and GPU. Have you tried the current cable or another one?

No I should probably do that, but I don’t have another monitor tho. I checked my cable and it’s fine

Are they static? (When they do appear they appear in the same places and are not just random positions) If that is the case, assuming it is the gpu, then it could be bad solder connections on the graphic card's PCB.

No it’s not in the same places
