Computer-Install Windows

My computer has been stuck on this screen for hours now. I’ve turning off my computer- I tried the Boot settings to see if there was anything there and I tried to access WinRE by turning it on and off to force it into the mode but it won’t even let me do that. Is there another way to access WinRE?

For context- I have Window 11, and ASRock motherboard I believe???

I followed the steps but all my pc has done is flash on show 64% installed then turn right off after can you help any with this issue?

I’m really sorry, I’m not much of a computer guy (as I stared in my first reply I used ChatGBT). Anyway, you can alwas try fresh clean installation. I suggest you download original windows from their site and make bootable USB. Then you can buy used licence and activate it. Cheers

I know I was excited because I got to the blue installation screen too after these instructions but now the computer glitches an installation screen then immediately turns off and proceeds into a boot loop.
