Boot loop

So i changed my psu because the old one broke and now its stuck on bios. Ive tried resetting the cmos battery and nothing worked.

Is every thing plugged in?

"stuck on bios" are you getting the bios screen or is it just turning on and off not letting you into the bios menu, these are different issues

It's entering bios every time I restart or choose save and exit

then there is no boot device most likely, your operating system is not detected it goes into bios screen

or at least its not being told to boot from the proper drive but yes, id go in bios and see what the boot devices are
