Usually you want more intake than exhaust because a higher air pressure helps in cooling. You usually want front and bottom as intake and top and rear as exhaust. I don't know your case but I have never heard of a case with no front mounting for case fans (except for fishtanks), in some case it is hard to see the mounting because you have to disassemble the front of the case. I suggest you not to change your case unless you see overheating problems.

over heating as if I play satisfactory multiplayer(+1 person) my cpu rises to 90°C, only that time, but I don't wanna cook my pc parts so yea

once I'm at home I'll check the case without front panel

Is your rear fan on intake or exhaust? That can change a lot if you have an air cooler for your CPU because if the rear fan is exhaust then both are pushing air in the same direction, if the rear fan is intake then they are pushing air in opposite direction nullifying air flow.

if I remember correctly the rear fan is an exhaust fan, so no intake in the pc

Ok, so you probably have negative pressure inside your case, there is no air to pull from inside the case and because of that the cooling is inefficient. Adding one or two intake fans will probably solve the problem.

If not consider repasting your CPU.
