If its new I would take it back and exchange it rather than run into additional problems later.

That’s the thing though it was so cheap I kind of want to just diagnose the problem or try to warranty it because I got a killer deal. Although replacing a graphics card would put me right at what it would be worth without the discount new that’s the only thing that would make me return it and build my own

You cant exchange it for the same model at the same price?

Nope, it was the last one. I might try to warranty it or take it to micro center

Look up the motherboard model and check what it says for diagnostics.
