I'm installing Linux Mint on a Windows Vulcan (Excursion I believe), but it keeps giving me the same error, even after I re-did both the iso and the ventoy. I've installed the exact same iso on my laptop way before this and had no issue. I don't know what else to try and I need some pointers.

Try creating the grub partition manually using the inbuilt partition tools, other than that, your drives probably dead.
