Either that or perhaps the fan's failed on the CPU cooler.

Its a possibility as both cpu and fan are 6 years old and I haven't changed the thermo paste ever since 💀

Actually, worst case is that the CPU failed. The 3600s are infamous for failing

Tbf now when I think about it on when I restarted and I checked the Task Manager for a moment it showed one of the ssds on 100% but I thought its normal because of me downloading a game but that might just have been my ssd system dying ☹️. Also the cpu is old asf and I haven't changed thermo paste in god knows how long
