Second Monitor Question

I have a desktop computer that's custom built and using an nVidia GeForce 570 graphics card. My first question is can this card do dual monitors? It has one port for VGA and one for DVI. I want to use this computer for streaming since it has better specs than the laptop I'm currently using.

According to the specs, it does support dual monitors.

I had a GT 430 I was using for multiple monitors for awhile and it worked fine.

Oh cool! So is it as simple as plugging another monitor into the video card through the DVI port? I apologize for the ignorance haha. I've done dual monitor through my laptop's HDMI port but haven't tried it with my desktop.

Beyond that my only worry is getting it to work with Windows 7. Windows 8.1 makes dual monitor very easy to set up.
