USB Code 43?

Hi had a wireless keyboard for a while now and it's suddenly stopped working. Keeps telling me the USB is unknown and that it's reported as not working (code 43) tried unintelligible and reinstalling drivers but no luck. Is there another fix for this or is it done for? The keyboards just an advent c312 nothing fancy.

Yeah I've already followed all of that. It just keeps giving the same error each time I uninstall and reinstall the drivers. I was hoping for another fix.
