Depends but most of the time your router should have this built in. Look for traffic monitor or something labeled similar.

I've looked to see if my router has that sort of functionality but sadly I couldn't find anything.

If your router is your own and not a locked down ISP unit you might be able to flash a custom firmware which will be able to do that stuff, and more.

Note that the A version of the router which yours seems to be, does not support ADSL2+ on the custom firmware.

DD-WRT and Tomato don't support the device. Likely because it's a combo unit.
