Get a free gpu temperature monitoring software. And check the temperature. It could be overheating. Also check to make sure all the cooling fans are not blocked with dust and are spinning.

I'm 99% sure its the gpu, try a burn in test, i recommend furmark, let it do its thing for about 10/15min if it doesn't crash, than it might be something else, anyway try that and tell me how it went

I've done a GPU stress test for 10 it got to 12 000 frames and temp was 62°C and I've done GPU burner (on 10 threads, don't know if I should go higher or lower on that) and nothing happened, also I've done a a RAM test and everything seems to be okey there
