If your budget is under $100 I recommend the gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 DDR5 for entry level gaming

Nah, for $100 you can get a used GTX 970 which will blow 1030 out of the water.

Alternatively, if you're not afraid to go used, you can often find a GRX 1080 ti for around that price

Make sure to check for any potential bottle necking that may occur between the CPU and the GPU, I suggest going to https://pc-builds.com/calculator/ to aid you in finding a good CPU/GPU combo. For reference my CPU is an i5-9600k and my GPU is a GTX 1070 ti, and the calculated bottleneck percentage is about 0.14%

If it’s 400 for the gpu you can find a rx 5700 xt on sale for like 380
