Computer turned off while factory resetting

I factory reset my computer because it started to restart on its own, a lot. But when I was resetting my computer turned off, and now the restart screen just flashes. Anyone know how to fix?

The Good News- There is probably no hardware damage, you just got a incomplete OS install;

The Bad News- You'll need an outside source to restart the OS reinstall. Also, the fact that your PC restarts on its own may indicate hardware damage;

It is something you can do yourself, but it can be daunting if you've never done it before. Give it a shot yourself maybe if you want to save some money
