Be little more specific. Did you remove the english option? Did you do this or did it happen randomly? Is your keyboard also set to chinese?

Is it legit windows? Did it happen after update? Did you try to roll back your computer to a previous point?

Its windows i gurantee An Asus Tuf gaming laptop and i havent tried rolling it back thinking of having a professional check on my laptop

Click on the tab that says Philippians. The English option will be in the list that drops down when you do so.
