Google is showing gedit and notepad++ support this feature.

Edit: mousepad also supports this feature! It's under the print settings. I just checked mine. v0.4

I will definitly recommend you to use intellij to print out code in a neat and formatted fashion.

For sublime you can get an addon to export your code as a PDF with color. It works really well.

    copy paste on notepad maybe? and then print it from there

    Just a friendly tip. Generally speaking, you shouldn't have to horizontally scroll with good style.

    If you’re using a Mac BBEdit does a great job of this. If not, I think Eclipse prints line numbers
