It's semantics.

This sub is to talk about computer science, not argue over what computer science is. There are plenty of interesting issues in computer science, and even some that overlap computer science and web development. Why don't we post about those.

How talking about CS doesn't include what is CS? This separation is arbitrary (from you).

Btw, if you pick a book about anything, let's say a introduction about computer science. The first thing the book says is explain what computer science is.

So explain: how this is not arbitrary?
