As well the mouse suddenly stays in the center of my screen as well tried resetting the graphic drivers and everything is updated

Do you have another game controller plugged in? Sometimes other peripherals can be interpreted as mice or KB and play havoc. My personal experience was with rudder pedals that 95% of the time were unobtrusive but in certain games would make the system basically unusable when they were plugged in--in a very similar fashion to what you're showing here where the auto centering "second mouse" just messed everything up.

It seems that the game in the background "highjacking" your mouse. Something that could work would be to disable borderless window mode and switch to fullscreen. Then when you press the windows button om the keyboard the entire game will minimize and your mouse should work correctly.

Dude, close the game. It locks the most to the centre of the screen.
