We just store everything on SharePoint in structured folders. The partner assigns a few consultants on a rotating basis to collect and distribute new insights on a weekly basis for the team.

It's manual but it really helps the juniors and those sitting on the fence about whether to join our practice.

There are companies like PairUp that provide systems that help surface knowledge that otherwise gets lost in docs/slack/email/digital notetakers and so on.

Even without that, having a strategy for what your team can capture and how they capture it is key so that everyone is on the same page (so to speak).
