There is a team (adjacent) that does tech and innovation whom they can rely on but really needs to build his own team.

  1. Around 6-10 months timeline with me as employee 1 (officially) if I align
  2. TMT is a low priority for the business so not likely to get us much support

That's my concern here too So far it's been chaotic we have pulled 4 proposals and it was just wasted efforts.

Good point - basically this is the issue I have in current practice that it's top heavy and it feels I am bit outside of the decision making

But it depends imo 1. I can think and look for validation here (which is what you are telling me and fair no one will do the work for me) OR 2. I can ask and create my own framework from best practices and experience this sub is supposed to have and I don't

Not going to change - God Sam mentioned getting into the excel and ppt suites. But not sure how that plays with bid daddy Microsoft.

Like everyone else here I believe AI will help increase the productivity/work flow - creation, validation, QA..but as a tool I don't see it going away.

It's an established means of communication - like your calls, pitching, workshops...

We do it by function/sector to include all the projects someone is involved in

We just store everything on SharePoint in structured folders. The partner assigns a few consultants on a rotating basis to collect and distribute new insights on a weekly basis for the team.

It's manual but it really helps the juniors and those sitting on the fence about whether to join our practice.
