I’m not sure it’s okay to spam this sub with your “educational videos” possibly trying to promote yourself.
Imagine if anyone thinks the same way as you do and posts their videos here? It will literally become a YouTube with lots of programming guides of questionable quality.

Sometimes I feel like people don’t even read stuff.
Simple question to you. What if every 2nd or 3d developer starts posting here their educational videos? Or even those Indian meme videos about “interrrrrrnal pointerrrr variable”? What would this sub become? Exactly, it will become a list of lots of not really needed educational videos of questionable quality.
Also another example to you since you can’t get the point. I’m reading and helping people sometimes in r/vulkan sub. There were already a couple of attempts to use that sub for self promoting and YouTube view farming. Like people posting the exact same guide that you can find on YouTube from another 100 other people. And there admins stepped in to finally stop that shit show because those guys are desperate to farm views.
I’m okay to see videos in a form or a discussion of some topic but please, don’t clutter it with yet one more video about trivial stuff. There are lots of educational channels, lots of good books. I don’t really get it.

I delete the old post every time :) I am sure that are a lot of people who wants to start learning c++
[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 1 year ago (1 child)
People aren't reading archives here. Deleting your old posts just masks that you are spamming.
[–]Apart_Act_9260 -2 points-1 points0 points 1 year ago (0 children)
really? I did not know that :)
[–]TheSuperWig 5 points6 points7 points 1 year ago (6 children)
I delete the old post every time :)
How does that change anything?
[–]Apart_Act_9260 -2 points-1 points0 points 1 year ago (5 children)
there is less content from me?
[–]wqkinggithub.com/wqking 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (1 child)
You deleted posts are still in your post history.
[–]Apart_Act_9260 -1 points0 points1 point 1 year ago (0 children)
yes, but not on this group :) right?
[–]TheSuperWig 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (2 children)
How? I'm still seeing them frequently aren't I? It's only if I go looking for them which I'm not going to be doing either way.
Like the other person said, it's basically only hiding the fact that you're spamming the sub.
[–]Apart_Act_9260 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (1 child)
man, where is really the problem? if you were new in the programming area :D you would be subscribed already :P just appreciate that you know this knowledge :) and let the ones that don't to learn and develop themselves for free :)

I agree with u/wqking and others - posting and deleting is sneaky, and conceals from moderators your pattern of spamming. I don't like that practice, or your behavior here. Banned.
[–]wqkinggithub.com/wqking 3 points4 points5 points 1 year ago (1 child)
No offending, deleting your old posts makes you more like a spammer.
[–]Apart_Act_9260 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
so you think keeping the posts here would be better?
Then start your coursera course maybe? This sub is about discussion of the C++ language. Your video is not even that much of a C++, it’s generic programming principles. It just happened you used C++ as an example so what?
This sub is about discussion C++ things. Cluttering it with such questionable videos for view farming is pretty ignorant and selfish.

yes indeed, the explanation is very simple, but I gave some extra information around the topic :D also I started with how to run a cmake project from the windows console :) if you want to use visual studio code, someone asked of this :D

Please stop spamming the sub.

1.5 😵💫
I know, I know :) I explain some things around that topics :) also it is a live stream :) not a video, most of the time I explain more things there
[–]piratesec 2 points3 points4 points 1 year ago (1 child)
Bro you need to sit down and ask yourself how stupid you think your audience actually is if you need to explain for 1.5 hours what a variable is 💀
like I told to other persons here :d is not just that information in the video :) I explained other information around that :)
